Nothing in this mentorship should be interpreted as financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not manage or recommend trades for others, and we do not offer investment advisory services.

This mentorship program is focused on simulated trading through proprietary firm challenge accounts (also known as "demo simulated trading"). While the simulation mimics live markets, no real money is being traded during the evaluation and performance phase.

We do not guarantee funding or payouts.

Trading, even in a simulated or demo environment, involves substantial financial and psychological risk. You may lose your evaluation fee, fail prop firm challenges, or incur losses if you later choose to trade with real capital.

Trading is a high-risk activity and is not suitable for everyone. You should only participate using risk capital — funds you can afford to lose without impacting your financial security or lifestyle.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are trading at your own risk, and that past performance does not guarantee future results.

Any trades, setups, or results discussed within the mentorship may be hypothetical or simulated. Simulated performance results have limitations and do not reflect actual trading. There are many factors—including slippage, liquidity, and psychological pressure—that affect real trading and may result in outcomes different from simulated ones.

Participation in this mentorship program and Discord community is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By joining, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

All content within the Discord mentorship server — including but not limited to live sessions, screen shares, chat discussions, educational materials, and shared resources — is strictly confidential and for paid members only.

Any form of recording, screen sharing, rebroadcasting, or redistribution of content from this server through YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or any other platform or channel, whether public or private, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from SAU Holdings.

We actively monitor and investigate any suspected breaches of this policy. If you are caught or reasonably suspected of:

• Streaming or sharing live mentorship sessions publicly or in other private groups
• Republishing any proprietary content
• Distributing, selling, or repackaging mentorship materials

You will be subject to immediate removal from the community without refund and may face legal action for breach of intellectual property rights, including civil liability, monetary damages, and injunctive relief under applicable law.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All rights of admission, participation, and continued membership remain solely with SAU Holdings. Membership may be revoked or denied at any time at the sole discretion of SAU Holdings, and no reason for removal or denial shall be provided.

All sales are final. Due to the digital and educational nature of the content, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

This mentorship program is not related to or classified as online gaming, gambling, or betting in any form. All activities conducted are strictly educational and training-focused, centered around simulated trading practices.

If you are accessing this mentorship program or Discord community from outside India, you expressly declare and agree that:

• You comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of your country of residence.
• You also agree to comply with the laws of India while participating in this mentorship.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation does not violate any local or international laws that apply to you.

SAU Holdings shall not be held liable for any breach of laws by international participants.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the mentorship or Discord community means you accept the most recent version of the terms.
